Returns Policy
All Items can be exchanged, We do not except refunds on sale items.
Exceptions:
- Items purchased at a discount will not be accepted for refund.
- Damaged items with tags attached will be reviewed and or if refunded once the items have been returned.
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Email info@wronggeneration.com with your exchange request and the reason for the exchange.
- Exchange requests will be reviewed within 2 business days in accordance with our policy.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will contact you to process the exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be completed.
Exchange Shipping
- You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any risks of loss during transit.
For exchanges from outside the UK:
- It is essential to inform your courier that the package contains returned goods to prevent any additional charges or customs fees.
