Returns Policy

All Items can be exchanged, We do not except refunds on sale items. 

Exceptions:

  • Items purchased at a discount will not be accepted for refund. 
  • Damaged items with tags attached will be reviewed and or if refunded once the items have been returned.  

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email info@wronggeneration.com with your exchange request and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Exchange requests will be reviewed within 2 business days in accordance with our policy.
  3. Once we receive your returned items, we will contact you to process the exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be completed.

Exchange Shipping

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any risks of loss during transit.

For exchanges from outside the UK:

  • It is essential to inform your courier that the package contains returned goods to prevent any additional charges or customs fees.
